Why this exists

I keep having the same conversation with finance leaders: everyone agrees AI is going to reshape finance... but nobody knows where to start implementing AI in their own finance org.

So I’m starting an interview series where I ask real CFOs about their real AI setups. It’s called Interviews with CFOs about AI (yes yes highly imaginative I know). These are practical interviews with real finance leaders covering *exactly* how they’re using AI in their finance functions.

The format

Each episode is a single, edited transcript of a recorded conversation. We stick to one guest, typically a current or former CFO. We try to get really, really specific: what they have deployed, what has worked, and what they would do differently.
